Long since the human tried to adapt various natural mechanisms for use in the purposes. On change by him there came the simple devices giving a prize in force, capacity and accuracy. The human aspired to increase efficiency of the work, to shift heavy work on shoulders of machines and mechanisms, to replace accent of the employment with routine on creative.

The history of development of architecture and construction can be divided into some stages:

• Antique - the longest on duration when construction was carried out more likely on experience of generations of ancestors in this area, design procedures did not exist, mechanisms were simple. And though we admire with ancient architecture, we speak, that now so to build are not able, all the same it is necessary to admit that fact, that then on erection of monumental constructions was spent much more than human efforts. Also it is possible to assume, that up to now comes only the most successful design decisions (something like natural selection), therefore is possible to tell safely, that today we see the best that was under construction those years if, certainly, to not take in calculation destroyed by wars and fires.
• Modern - last 100-150 years, when in connection with scientific and technical progress the design procedures based on modeling of processes and the phenomena have appeared, occurring inside designs, whether it be methods of admitted pressure, or later - limiting conditions. New building materials and technologies, machines and mechanisms have appeared. The computerization has allowed to introduce with full power in existing theories of calculations numerical methods that has led to even more precise understanding and representation of designing. The hardware and software complexes allowing long before occurrence of a design or the mechanism have engaged in construction of models and their analysis to check up them on durability, to find out dynamic characteristics, to change or pick up a material, «to see personally» projected object.
• The future - comes soon. It is simple to foresee robotization process of construction when designers, construction superintendents, masters and workers will be replaced with building machines with an artificial intellect that will allow the person to concentrate at a creative design stage. Such machines when construction will conduct in conditions of space where to the person is will be especially useful is unsafe.
